The Wellness Concierge is a Cornish, mobile, self-care service offering treatments within the comfort of a home. We specialise in exceptional therapies within curated, 5 star environments.
Our service connects therapists with clients all over Cornwall. We provide therapists with the tools to work in a professional, luxury environment whilst providing on-going mentorship and an empowering work life.

Our culture
We pride ourselves on being a progressive company who enable therapists to strive for excellence whilst working in a fulfilling and empowering environment.
To ensure quality of service, we apply everything we have learned in the last 20 years of working in the luxury beauty industry to the training of our therapists so that they can uphold our key principles of providing a professional and beautiful experience. This ongoing education nurtures our therapists. We embrace the free-flowing ideas and diverse skillset of each therapist as we strive to push the boundaries of excellence by incorporating new ideas and notions.
As part of the service, we supply our therapists with all the products they need to create a luxury spa environment in someone’s home. These products are high-quality, vegan and cruelty free.
The Wellness Concierge is a bespoke wellness service, connecting therapists with clients. We are proud to support flexible working hours, honourable pay and empowered working conditions.

We have years of experience in the industry which translates to mentorship of our therapists on an on-going basis. The recruitment process is quite in-depth to ensure we employ the right therapists for the job. Once you have submitted an application, if suitable for the position, someone from the HR department will be in touch to organise an initial interview. This is where we will talk about your experience, your personality and whether you are a good fit for the position. If you progress to the next stage, you will be asked to come in to for an assessment of your treatment skills. We then move onto background checks and references before a final offer.

We are often on the lookout for new therapists as we grow and evolve so we may often be interviewing more than one person for the role. We aim to complete all interviews and checks within two weeks of the initial interview although please bear with us if we need a little more time.
