When I started The Wellness Concierge I wanted to recreate the spa experience at home. In every sense from towels, those little touches to the products. I have been lucky enough to work all over other world in some of the best spas as well as working for some of the best spa brands in the world (ESPA, Bamford and Cowshed to name a few) so I curated a range of products to use in all our treatments which I felt gave the guest a true spa experience without compromise.
We use a selection of product houses which allow us to offer a different experience dependant on the guest and their preferences. A focus on ingredients, textures and of course quality was something I took my time over.
Elements Boutique Spa is a Somerset based brand. A focus on aromatherapy blends, each product is vegan and the whole range is cruelty free, we use their products in our facials and the majority of our massages.The skincare is gentle so it is suitable for all skin types, my personal favourite is the balancing facial oil, a super green blend of tea tree, avocado, birch and squalene, which will tone and balance your skin especially if you are prone to an oilier skin.
The body oils are used in our massages (unless you are expecting) they are focused around the 4 elements. Earth | Air | Water | Fire. Each with its own aromatherapy blend, our therapists will explain the benefits and carry out a sensory smell test and you can choose your oil for the massage. Something I was passionate about was ensuring the guests have the full spa experience so having choice was vital, working with like minded brands and allowing our therapists to work with beautiful products.
For our pregnant guests we offer our massages with Kalmar. Kalmar is a lifestyle brand that creates indulgent self-care products to instantly lift your energy and mood. Based around the high vibrational frequencies of Joy, Calm, Peace and Love, their self-care essentials are designed to connect you to these four positive emotions, we use their body oils in our pregnancy treatments.
We have recently started to work with Douvalls for our SPF product after our facial treatments. Using an SPF daily is extremely important in protecting your skin, and should really be the constant in your skincare routine. Our chosen one is Douvall’s Daily Multi tasking Argan Moisturiser with spf30 and UVA/UVB protection helps protect you from the sun and nourish skin at the same time, packed with nourishing Argan oil which hydrates and moisturises skin. Contains vitamin E, fatty acids and antioxidants. It can be used as a primer under make-up or can be worn on its own. It is suitable for use on all skin types so works brilliantly post facial.
Finally we use Nailberry and CND gel for our manicure and pedicures, two classic and outstanding brands. High quality, long lasting and the most incredible colours to choose from.
